Custom Bucket Elevators: Top 5 Reasons Why You Should Buy Your Next Bucket Elevator from Maple Grove Enterprises
1. We make them specifically for you.
We make our bucket elevators for your specific applications. Non-standard sizes and configurations are our specialty.
2. We make them faster.
Since we fabricate them from the beginning according to your specifications, we get them to you much more quickly than if you had to have a standard-size elevator customized by any other company.
3. We make them better.
Every part of the elevator is made from galvanized steel and meets OSHA standards. The boot is made of 7-gauge steel (instead of the standard 10-gauge), the trunking of 10-gauge steel (instead of 12 or 14) and the head covers of 12-gauge steel (instead of 14 or 16). After we pre-fabricate the boot and head cover, we hot-dip galvanize them for extended life.
4. We use the best brand-name parts.
We use Baldor-Dodge-Reliance powertrain components and Maxi-Lift buckets.
5. We install them ourselves.
Our experienced millwrights have the knowledge, ability and determination to ensure that every job is done right and on time. Since we build the elevators ourselves, we know exactly how they should be installed.

It's hard to pin Steve Noel down, especially since he spends most of his time on the road in his job as Road Supervisor. Before coming to Maple Grove Enterprises, Steve was the owner of a residential construction company, which gave him the skills and management experience that have proved so invaluable here.
Although all the people in the shop think of him as a nice guy, the road crew knows him as a tough supervisor who makes certain that all job and safety guidelines are strictly followed. Steve said he really enjoys the customer service aspect of his job, and said that time and again our customers compliment us on our compliance to safety.
"One of my favorite jobs," says Steve, "was at a job during a snowstorm in Vermont on the night of Valentine's Day. The temperature was well below freezing, the roads were closed, no one else was around, and we were at the site setting a turnhead and hanging spouting."
When he isn't on the job, Steve likes to spend his leisure time archery hunting and fishing. Sounds more fun than millwrighting in February!
