Maple Grove Enterprises was
called to a large pharmaceutical company to apply Mascoat Ceramic
Cover, an insulation
coating, to the ends of their boilers. Before the coating was
applied, the boiler ends could heat to over 300°F. The ceramic
cover now keeps the surface to a much safer temperatureless
than 140°F.

The boiler ends are masked and prepared for coating. As you can
see, Maple Grove takes great care to protect your equipment during
the coating process.
Approximately 140 mils of Mascoat
ceramic cover is applied, which reduces the surface temperature
from 300°F to less than 140°F.
