A salt plant called on Maple Grove
Enterprises to apply Mascoat Ceramic Cover, an insulation
coating, to their steam
traps. Before the cover was applied, the surface of the traps
would heat to over 300°F, a safety hazard. The ceramic cover
now prevents the traps from heating over 120°F.
